The Work

“Develop the business around the people; build it, don’t buy it; and then, be the best.”
 (Richard Branson)

Community Engagement happens in all areas of the company. We know effective community engagement is when there is alignment of interest between businesses and the people they touch.

This entails high level, big picture thinking that builds growth and sustainability within the organization; to find exchanges of value that create new opportunities or address needs the business already has.

We know our communities of care are being effected by a rapid and changing environment.  We understand that developing a culture of care with front line staff is a high leverage point for communities and commodities in order to attract, retain and grow the brand as well as address the transitional needs.  We provide front line staff, supervisors and managers with deep, rich learning experiences that translate into immediate benefits and build capacity.

The Community Engagement Strategist supports Organizational Transition, Develops Communities, Promotes Awareness and Creates Demand for your organizations’ services and products from within your community.  We do this through four phases that can be utilized in succession or based on the needs of the organization; Discovery, Development, Implementation and Sustainability.

Aggregating the audit and workshop Outcomes into one comprehensive Outcome Report and begin developing workshops and schedule.  This includes meeting with key stakeholders to align business goals with community strategies.  This is where we really begin to understand the issues and stimulate action for positive change.

  • Core Values, Esteem Heart (Team Training)
  • Reflective Listening, Effective Managing

Sustainability

Sustainability is when we develop and deliver training programs to help corporations implement sustainable business practices in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Using a train-the-trainer model enables experienced personnel to close the "sustainability gap." It provides your team with the knowledge, skills, capacity from within your organization for a more sustainable future.

         Workshop examples:
  • Train the Trainer
  • Living Grief: 5 Phases of Family Caregivers’ Ongoing Loss
  • Senior Behavioral Management
